Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management solution, which will give you complete command over your email mailbox accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with user interface, you can create a new mail account in no time and administer its settings easily. Also, you can redirect electronic mails from one electronic mail account to another, configure mail filters, create auto-response messages and secure your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your email accounts against spam emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for email messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific email account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming mail messages according to specific criteria defined by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your email accounts and change the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mail messages from one e-mail box account to another, or even to several other e-mailboxes. Just select the mailbox you want to forward emails from, then choose the destination email box and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your preference to access your email mailboxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you wish to set up on your desktop PC or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email box account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple email mailbox accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to quickly create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email box - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
